Resignation of Director
On December 22, 2010, Ken Hoffman resigned from his position as a director of Monkey Rock Group, Inc. (the “Company”). A copy of Mr. Hoffman’s resignation letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 17.1 and incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
