On December 30, 2010, Darryn Barber resigned from his postion as the Chief Financial Officer and President of People’s Liberation, Inc. and entered into a Consulting Agreement with the Company which expires on December 30, 2011, unless earlier terminated by the parties. During the term of the Consulting Agreement, Mr. Barber will perform accounting, finance, administration, retail support and transitional work for the Company.
