On January 5, 2011, TBS International plc issued a press release announcing that the company has taken delivery in China of the newly-constructed vessel M/V Omaha Belle from Nantong Yahua Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd on January 5, 2011.  The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
