Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 4, 2011, Procera Networks, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing preliminary revenue results for the quarter ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report
