Item 1.03 Bankruptcy or
Receivership.
On
December 31, 2010, First National Bancshares, Inc., a South Carolina corporation
(the “Company”), filed a voluntary petition for relief pursuant to
Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code in the United States
Bankruptcy Court District of South Carolina, Bankruptcy Case No. 10-09281.
The
bankruptcy trustee is John K. Fort, PO Box 813, Drayton, South Carolina
29333. The trustee was appointed on January 3, 2011 and will be
responsible for the wind-up of the Company’s business.
