On December 30, 2010, DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. (the “Company”) determined that, effective as of January 1, 2011, William Damaschke, the Company’s Co-President of Production and President of Live Theatrical, would be assuming a new role focused primarily on creative responsibilities and as a result, effective as of December 31, 2010, Mr. Damaschke would no longer be serving as an executive officer of the Company. Mr. Damaschke will remain a senior employee of the Company and his existing employment agreement will be superseded and replaced by a new arrangement covering the compensation for his new position.
