Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) The Board of Directors of Severn Bancorp, Inc. announced today that, effective immediately, Executive Vice President Phillip V. Jones, Jr. has shifted his role at Severn Savings Bank, FSB (the “Bank”) from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Relationship Officer. As Chief Relationship Officer, Mr. Jones will continue to oversee the Bank’s strategic focus on commercial relationships, customer service and community involvement.
