Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On December 31, 2010, Gary L. Tapella resigned from the Board of Directors of Watsco, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”). His resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company. Watsco is grateful for his service as a board member.
