On December 29, 2010, Errol B. De Souza advised Palatin Technologies, Inc. (the Company) that he was resigning from the Company’s Board of Directors effective as of December 31, 2010 in order to devote more of his time to other business interests and obligations. Dr. De Souza, who had served as a director of the Company since April 2003, was also a member of the Company’s Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
