     On December 23, 2010, Princeton National Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the retirement of James B. Miller as Executive Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary bank, Citizen First National Bank, to be effective February 4, 2011. A press release related to Mr. Miller’s retirement is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
