Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
     On December 23, 2010, Libbey Inc. issued a press release announcing the commencement of an exchange offer for all of the 10.0% Senior Secured Notes due 2015 of Libbey Glass Inc., a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
