Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 22, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing that it had closed the public offering of 1,058,646 shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.001 per share, at a price of $5.50 per share (net of discounts and commissions), as was previously reported on the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 17, 2010. The Company's press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
