Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
| On December 16, 2010, Community Shores Bank Corporation entered into a Written Agreement with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. The Written Agreement became effective on December 16, 2010, when it was executed. It will be published by the FRB on or about December 21, 2010. |
| A copy of the Written Agreement is included as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. |
