ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
|
The Registrant issued a press release on December 15, 2010 stating it has amended its accounts receivable securitization facility to extend the maturity date to June 14, 2012 and to make certain other changes to the terms of the facility including an increase in the size of the facility to $600 million. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
