Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 16, 2010, the Board of Directors of Southwest Bancorp, Inc. elected Laura
Robertson as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Priscilla Barnes,
Executive Vice President/Regulatory Risk Management, to the additional office of Secretary, as
described in the a press release attached as Exhibit 99 to this report. The release is
incorporated in these items by reference
