(b) On
December 16, 2010, H. D. Reaves, Jr., a Director of First South Bancorp, Inc.
(the “Registrant”) and First South Bank (the “Bank”) a wholly-owned subsidiary
of the Registrant, resigned from his position as Director of the Registrant and
the Bank, effective as of December 31, 2010.
