Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

On April 28, 2010 Kun Liu, the holder of record of 38,364,134 shares of common stock, representing a majority of the outstanding shares, submitted his written consent, in lieu of a shareholders meeting, to resolutions that the Registrant shall file a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to (i) change the name of the Registrant from PI Services Inc. to China Lithium Technologies, Inc. and (ii) to effectuate a reverse stock split of its outstanding shares of common stock at a ratio of one (1) for two point two (2.2).
