RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
|
On December 17, 2010, China Direct Industries, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release to announce the rescheduling of its earnings release and conference call to discuss financial results for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2010 to Wednesday, December 22, 2010 and to report revenue for this period of approximately $112.7 with a net loss of $3.2 to $3.6 million.
