On December 14, 2010, BSQUARE Corporation (the “Company”) updated its investor presentation materials on its website and will use these materials for its presentation at the First Midwest Securities Inc Small Cap Ideas Conference on December 16, 2010. A copy of the Company’s updated investor presentation materials and its associated December 2, 2010 press release are attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
