On December 9, 2010, the Board of Directors of General Motors Financial Company, Inc. (formerly known as AmeriCredit Corp.) (the “Company”) approved a change in the Company’s current fiscal year, which commenced on July 1, 2010, to end on December 31, 2010, and also approved a change in the Company’s fiscal years commencing January 1, 2011 to a calendar-year basis. The report for the transition period ending December 31, 2010 will be filed on a Form 10-K.
