On December 13, 2010, Citadel Broadcasting Corporation issued a press release announcing the closing of a new credit agreement consisting of a term loan facility and a revolving credit facility and the previously announced offering of $400 million of senior unsecured notes due 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
