Kullman as a director of the Company, effective as of January 3, 2011. The Board appointed Mrs. Kullman to the Finance Committee of the Board and the Public Issues Review Committee. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the election of Mrs. Kullman is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference. |
