On December 8, 2010, First Ottawa Bancshares, Inc.’s Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.26 per share to be paid to all stockholders of record as of December 9, 2010 and to be paid on or about January 1, 2011.  The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1.
