Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago Industries) is filing herewith a press release issued on December 9, 2010, as Exhibit 99.1 which is included herein. The press release was issued to report that on December 16, 2010, Winnebago Industries anticipates announcing its financial results for the first quarter of Fiscal 2011 ended November 27, 2010. In connection with the announcement, Winnebago Industries will host a conference call on December 16, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Central time. Details regarding the conference call are contained in the press release included herein.
