On December 8, 2010, Blackrock Asset Management International Inc., in its capacity as the sponsor of the Registrant, issued a press release announcing that beginning December 9, 2010 the afternoon price of gold fixed by the London Gold Market Fixing Ltd. will be used for purposes of the valuation of the Registrant’s gold. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item.
