On
December 6, 2010 we issued a press release providing a preview of our revenues
and operating cash flow for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010. In that press
release, we announced that our revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010
were approximately $4.1 million and cash provided by operating activities
(before changes in current assets and liabilities) for the fourth quarter of
fiscal 2010 was approximately $44,000. Complete quarterly and full fiscal year
results are expected to be reported on or before December 29, 2010.
Our
December 6 press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.
