On December 7, 2010, Ikanos Communications, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing of the sale of an additional 1,671,570 shares of common stock pursuant to the exercise in full of the over-allotment option granted to Needham & Company, LLC in connection with the Company’s previously announced public offering.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
