Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 7, 2010, Del Global Technologies Corp., a New York corporation, (the "Company"), announced its results for the fiscal 2011 first quarter. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
