On December 1, 2010, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of ADPT Corporation (the “Company”) agreed to extend the period that all of the outstanding vested stock options of Mary L. Dotz, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, may be exercised, from three months following the date of termination of her employment to twelve months.
