On December 6, 2010, Berry Plastics Corporation issued a press release announcing the completion of its previously announced tender offers to purchase any and all of its outstanding 8⅞% Second Priority Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2014, and 8⅞% Second Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2014.
A copy of the press release dated December 6, 2010 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
