8.01 Other Events.
The
Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act of 2000 (“CDSOA”) provides for the
distribution of monies collected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection from
anti-dumping cases to domestic producers that supported the anti-dumping
petition. During our fiscal month of December 2010, we received
notices confirming CDSOA distributions in an aggregate amount of $0.9 million in
connection with the case involving wooden bedroom furniture imported from
China. We have already received $0.6 million of these
distributions and expect to receive the remainder prior to calendar 2010 year
end. These distributions will be recorded in our third quarter of
fiscal 2011.
