On December 2, 2010, Guided Therapeutics, Inc. reported that it had received a “suitable for filing” notification from the United States Food and Drug Administration for the company’s Premarket Approval application with for its LightTouch(tm) Non-invasive Cervical Cancer Detection Device as more fully described in the press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and which information is incorporated herein by reference.
