On November 24, 2010, Annette Eggert notified us that she was resigning as our chief financial officer and principal financial and accounting officer, effective as of December 4, 2010.
On November 29, 2010, our board of directors appointed Jonathan Snyder as our interim chief financial officer, treasurer and principal financial and accounting officer, effective as of December 4, 2010. Jonathan Snyder currently serves as our chief executive officer, president and as a director.
