On November 29, 2010, Thomas P. Capo, provided notice to Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), of his intention to not stand for reelection as a director at the 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and of his decision to step down from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) effective immediately.
The Board named Richard W. Neu as the new Chairman of the Board effective immediately. Mr. Neu has been a member of the Board since February 2006 and most recently served as chief financial officer, treasurer and director of Charter One Financial, Inc., a publicly held financial institution in Cleveland, Ohio.
