On November 23, 2010, Northwest Pipe Company (the “Company”) held a telephone conference call (the “Earnings Conference Call”) to discuss its financial results for the quarter and the nine months ended September 30, 2010, and its expectations as to future financial results, which were announced in a press release issued November 16, 2010. A copy of the transcript of the Earnings Conference Call is filed herewith as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
