Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 23, 2010, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (the "Court") rescheduled the oral argument for the appeal by InterDigital, Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiaries InterDigital Communications, LLC and InterDigital Technology Corporation (collectively, "InterDigital") for a review of certain rulings by the United States International Trade Commission (the "Commission") in connection with the Commission investigation initiated by InterDigital against Nokia Corporation and Nokia, Inc. The Court has scheduled oral argument for January 13, 2011.
