On November 15, 2010, Aquilex Holdings LLC reported the company’s financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2010, and for the comparable periods in 2009. A copy of the press release announcing these financial results is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
