On November 15, 2010, ITC^DeltaCom, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing certain consolidated financial and operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
