CDW Corporation (the “Company”) is furnishing under cover of this Form 8-K certain financial data related to the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. This financial data is attached to this report as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference. The Company is furnishing this information in connection with its previously announced webcast conference call to be held on Friday, October 29, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. ET / 9:30 a.m. CT to discuss these results.
