On October 25, 2010, Robert Cameron’s employment by Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (the
“Company”) ended. Mr. Cameron was formerly the Senior Vice President, Marketing, of the
Company. Mr. Cameron will be entitled to receive severance benefits under the Company’s Executive
Severance Plan, as amended, which was previously filed as Exhibit 10.12 to the Company’s Form 10-K
filed with the SEC on April 1, 2009.
