Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 26, 2010, the Registrant issued a news release entitled “TaxMasters, Inc. Adapts Business Model Based on New FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule”, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
