On October 26, 2010, PSB Holdings, Inc. issued a news release announcing net income of $1,331,000, or $.85 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2010, as compared to net income of $1,208,000, or $.77 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, and net income of $738,000, or $.47 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.*
