ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On October 25, 2010, A. Schulman, Inc. (the “Company”) announced earnings for the Company’s
fourth quarter and fiscal year ended August 31, 2010. A copy of the press release announcing these
results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
