On October 7, 2010, PMA Companies, Inc. issued a press release announcing its intention to delist its 8.50% Monthly Income Senior Notes due 2018 from the New York Stock Exchange Amex.  A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
