Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
(b) Effective as of October 7, 2010, James H. Long has voluntarily resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of INX Inc. (the “Company”) and has become its Executive Chairman.
 
(c) Effective as of October 7, 2010, Mark T. Hilz, 51 years old, has become the Company’s Chief Executive Officer in addition to the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, positions that he has held since 2003.  Mr. Hilz has also served as the President of InterNetwork Experts, Inc. since its founding in July 2000 until it was merged into I-Sector Corporation in December 2005. Mr. Hilz served as a director of the Company from April 1999 until June 2001. From January 1999 to June 2000, Mr. Hilz was Vice President of Project Development at Mathews Southwest, LLC, a real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Dallas. From 1998 to July 2000, Mr. Hilz was one of the Company’s directors and the Chief Executive Officer of Nichecast, Inc., a privately held internet services company. From July 1990 to July 1998, Mr. Hilz was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of PC Service Source, Inc., a publicly held distributor of personal computer hardware for the repair industry. Before that, Mr. Hilz was founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hilz Computer Products, Inc., a privately held wholesale computer products distributor.
