Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On October 4, 2010, Axcess International, Inc. (“Axcess”) the Board appointed Robert Hussey as their Chief Financial Officer. Robert Hussey has been serving on the Board of Directors since September 2002. Mr. Hussey replaces Allan Frank who resigned his position at Axcess.
