     As independent petroleum engineers, we hereby consent to use of our report dated September 17, 2010, with respect to the audit of reserves and future net revenues as of June 30, 2010 for Quantum Resources Management, LLC. in the Registration Statement on Form S-1 for QR Energy, LP and to all references to our firm included in the Registration Statement.

     The Registration Statement contains references to certain reports prepared by Miller and Lents, Ltd. for the exclusive use of Quantum Resources Management, LLC.
