On September 30, 2010, Lighting Science Group Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, beginning September 30, 2010, The Home Depot will begin offering a full line of the Company’s LED bulbs under the “ECOSMART LED” name. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
