Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 20, 2010, Stan B. McClelland, Chief Financial Officer of First Community Bank Corporation of America submitted his resignation to be effective September 30, 2010. Effective on the same date, Mr. McClelland resigned from all other positions held with First Community Bank of America and First Community Lender Services, Inc., subsidiaries of First Community Bank Corporation of America.
