Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 22, 2010, the Company's bank subsidiary, MidWestOne Bank, announced that it would be closing its branch office located at 100 Eddystone Drive in Hudson, Iowa on December 31, 2010. Customers from the affected office will be served by other Cedar Valley locations in Cedar Falls, Waterloo and Parkersburg, in addition to the locations in Conrad, and Belle Plaine.
